Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through battyup.com. BattyUp is operated by NXT Innings Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 11 696 904 499). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Personalisation (adding a name) is an additional $5 per holder. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Made to order

Each holder is 3D-printed to order. We aim to dispatch within a few business days. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, if stock or a colour becomes unavailable), we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the text you submit for personalisation. We may decline to print any text that is offensive, infringes someone’s rights, or that we consider inappropriate, and will refund that item if we do.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
